Discover Scuba Diving with Our Guest from Austria
Today, we went Discover Scuba Diving with a guest visiting us from Austria.
The sea was completely calm, and we had beautiful sunny weather, so we headed to a beach dive site with beautiful coral communities in Kushimoto.
Our guest had originally wanted to get a diving certification, but there was not enough time to arrange the course before the visit, so this time, they joined us for Discover Scuba Diving instead.
And you could definitely tell they were interested in becoming a certified diver!
They were a natural underwater!!!
They picked up the basic skills very quickly and got comfortable underwater in no time.
At this rate, they might finish their certification course very quickly too!
They even had enough confidence to use their own action camera underwater.
By the second half of the dive, it almost felt like we were fun diving with a certified diver! (^^)
They were even taking videos while equalizing.
If you only saw the photos, you would probably think they were already a diver!
This particular beach dive site requires calm sea conditions, but when the conditions are right, Discover Scuba Diving guests can enjoy a beautiful underwater landscape filled with coral.
Kushimoto offers a taste of a tropical ocean within driving distance from Osaka.

At the moment, we are also seeing many tropical species at this beach.
Young Jointed Razorfish have appeared near the entry point as well!
From now until around October, we usually start seeing more and more tropical species.
Even on a Discover Scuba Diving experience, there are many different fish to enjoy.
Of course, certified divers can also visit this dive site with us.
Access depends on the sea conditions, but it is definitely a site we would love you to experience when conditions allow.
We have also been receiving more inquiries for September through November over the past few days, and weekends in September are starting to get busy.
