Discover Scuba Diving in Kushimoto with Guests from the USA
Today, we enjoyed another beautiful sunny day in Kushimoto with a Discover Scuba Diving experience!
The sea was calm, and the warm water made for comfortable diving conditions.
Visibility is expected to improve even more in the coming weeks, making this one of the best times to explore the ocean in Kushimoto.
Today’s guests were two visitors from the United States.
One was a certified diver, and the other was trying scuba diving for the very first time.
The first-time diver told us that they live in Okinawa but had never been scuba diving before.
I was a little surprised! They explained that, having grown up around the ocean in Florida, the sea has always been a part of everyday life, so they never really felt the need to try diving.
We were delighted that they chose Kushimoto for their very first scuba diving experience, and we did our best to help them discover how much fun diving can be.
As someone who has always been comfortable around the ocean, they quickly got the hang of buoyancy and underwater movement.
By the second dive, they were swimming like a certified diver!
Our certified diver especially enjoyed looking for nudibranchs.
They kept asking, “How do you find them?” It was great to see how excited they were about these tiny marine creatures.
On the second dive, our first-time diver even spotted a tiger snake eel on their own and enjoyed swimming around Kushimoto’s beautiful coral reefs.
They were completely captivated by the underwater world.
We were so happy to see them fall in love with scuba diving.
When we dropped them off at their hotel, they thanked us with big smiles and said they had a wonderful time.
Hearing that made our day as well.
We have received many bookings for Discover Scuba Diving throughout July and August.
From now on, visibility will continue to improve, and even more fish will gather in the waters around Kushimoto.
Even from the beach, Kushimoto offers an amazing underwater world filled with colorful fish and healthy coral reefs.
If you’re thinking about trying scuba diving for the first time, we would love to welcome you to Kushimoto for your own underwater adventure!
We look forward to diving with you soon!
